IPO Lens ("IPO Lens", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the IPO Lens Android application.
IPO Lens is designed to provide informational and educational content about Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). IPO Lens does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or personalized investment recommendations.
You may use parts of IPO Lens as a guest. If you choose to sign in using Google, authentication is handled using Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.

IPO Lens Pro subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. IPO Lens does not directly collect or store your payment card details.
We may process information required to verify and manage your subscription, such as a Google Play purchase token, subscription product identifier, subscription status, and entitlement status.
The Free version of IPO Lens may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Google and its advertising technologies may process device, advertising, consent, and usage information according to their own policies.
Where required, IPO Lens uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain or manage advertising consent choices.
IPO Lens Pro is intended to provide an ad-free experience while an active Pro entitlement is recognized.

Deleting your IPO Lens account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Google Play subscriptions should be managed or cancelled through Google Play.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legitimate security, fraud prevention, billing, accounting, legal, or regulatory purposes.
You can control IPO notification preferences within IPO Lens and can disable application notifications through Android system settings.
Where available, advertising consent and privacy choices may be managed through the Privacy & Ads section within IPO Lens and through mechanisms provided by Google or your device.
IPO Lens is not specifically designed for children. The application provides financial-market informational and research content.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
Third-party service providers and cloud infrastructure used by IPO Lens may process information in countries other than the country where you reside. Such processing is subject to applicable provider safeguards and legal requirements.
